Refund & Return Policy

At Primax Channel, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Product Category & Nature

Primax Channel primarily deals in electronic spare parts / PCB boards, which are technical and sensitive in nature. Hence, our refund and return policy is strict to avoid misuse.

2. Return Eligibility

A product is eligible for return only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is physically damaged during transit
  • The product received is wrong or different from what was ordered
  • The product is dead on arrival (DOA)

Unboxing video is mandatory to claim any return or refund.
The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package
  • Opening of the package
  • The product issue (damage / wrong item)

Without an unboxing video, no return or refund request will be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following cases are NOT eligible for return or refund:

  • If the product is tested, installed, soldered, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • If the product is ordered incorrectly by the customer
  • If the issue arises due to improper installation, mishandling, or technician error
  • If the customer does not like the product or no longer needs it
  • COD orders refused at delivery
  • Products purchased under special offers, discounts, or clearance sales

Electronic parts once used or installed cannot be resold, hence no refund is possible.

4. Return Request Timeframe

  • Any return or refund request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Requests raised after 24 hours will not be entertained

5. Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed
  • Refunds are issued only after quality check
  • Refund amount will be credited within 5–7 working days

Refund Mode:

  • Prepaid Orders → Refund to original payment method
  • COD Orders → Refund via bank transfer / UPI (COD convenience fee is non-refundable)

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refund Terms

  • COD Convenience Fee (₹200) is non-refundable
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If a COD order is returned or undelivered, future COD orders may be restricted

7. Shipping & Courier Responsibility

  • We ship products across India using reputed courier partners such as Blue Dart, FedEx, Delhivery, India Post, etc.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location
  • Any delay caused by courier companies or India Post is not under our control
  • We are not responsible for delays once the product is dispatched

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • COD orders cancelled after dispatch may lead to COD facility being blocked for future orders
